Changing banks after 16 years , FNB your employee Gerard Thomas from Umhlanga Crescent came out to me to have my account opened. He was really amazing , he explained everything , gave me so many smart money tips , gave me all the FNB has to offer. Guided and trained me through a new banking app and made sure all MY concerns and questions were answered! His attention to detail and knowledge of your products were mind blowing. You guys really have Gem which you should treasure dearly. He not only made life easier for me but assisted others at my work place without hesitation. This is a long overdue review however Gerard is truly deserving and a stellar employee , FNB Cherish this one!
