I need to say thank you to Johann Hartneck from the Ottery branch in Cape Town. He went above and beyond in assisting me. He deep dives, check with other departments, and constantly kept me in the loop with what's happening. He truly lives the FNB name and slogan, "How can we help you" Thank you again, Johann and I hope management gets to see this and if they didn't already know this, they should know now that they have an amazing, hard-working, committed employee. I'm not going to say the typical response at the end of a review and say they should give you a raise, but if they want to they can, but what I am going to say that they should recognize your value.
