Recently, I called the FNB Business Desk to apply for credit/loan and I was attended with utmost professional ATTITUDE and perfection. The lovely lady that was assisting me made sure that all my queries were resolved and even further elaborated on some of the processes and products that I wasn’t too sure of. They made me feel really very comfortable and at the end of the call I even asked the lady to approach other customers in the same manner that she approached me.
