Visited fnb Jubilee mall branch and iam not fnb customer I nearly left angry because of the wesbank consulted who did not listen to what i was asking for. Fortunately Prudence noticed that I was not happy as she was still busy with another client she asked me wait and after that she managed to assist me and I left the branch very very happy 😊 She knows how to handle stressed clients
