5 months and still waiting for fnb pvt agent to assit me !! Very bad service!!

So here we are again months later and same old stroy no service from fnb! So you get an email from pvt recovery saying sir your banker Ntsako Mabundo will attend to your problem and you email and call and no feedback like always! So you email Sbongile Mundlovu whom is the pvt recovery agent and guess what??? Week later and also no reply! So pls pls tell me what is the use of fnb agents?? So i called agian and spoke to a lady saying sir will get sales to contact you!! What do you think was the outcome??? No call again!! Still waiting !! It blows my mind how bad the fnb pvt service is!! Again why do we pay bankcosts??? Whybdo we have bankers?? Lets give mo service but charge clients pvt wealth fee's!!
