5 business days or 6 months???

Since April, I REPEATEDLY communicated with FNB online, telephonically and in the branch about not receiving my InContact messages.

Every time, I receive an e-mail that states they will try to resolve the issue within 5 business days. Yet, we are now almost at 6 MONTHS!!!! with nobody attempting to solve this issue!
