4x Deduction of Cancelled Account

July 2017- Called in to Cancel the Sim card, which I have been paying faithfully and not Using because it's my EX husband's number. Called in Each month to cancel the Sum Card until Oct.... Finally the assistant said it wil be cancelled and Diverted to Prepaid.... Then comes Janaury deducted a Total of "Apparently 4 months arrear Debit Orders" taking my Bank Account into the Overdraft.... which I am going to have to Pay increase on the "apparent arrear amounts on my overdraft" Went twice To FNB branch.... Which the Manager could not even assist me.... Only advise me to an Telephonic operater....

NOT EVEN COULD THE CONNECT FNB STAFF ASSIST ME.... I got transferred more than 4 times and then FNB just Hung Up on me.....

For a Loyal FNB client..... This is sickening. Who is going to Credit the **** Debits and Pay my Increase on the Overdraft of my Account??????
