4th complaint same issue- E-bucks

E-bucks complaint.....4th complaint on the same issue... So - I was asked by Decklan to go onto the E-bucks store at 19:00 today (10-12-2021) He will fix the price on the item which I have now been struggling with since 29 November so we can resolve. HERE I AM SINCE 19:00 as agreed...15 minutes later and still sitting waiting for this to be done. I feel like an idiot to have believed that it will now finally be solved, wasting my time. As if he is sitting in the background laughing at me as I am patiently sitting in front of my laptop and NOTHING... I spoke to 6 different people for the last (nearly 2 weeks) now and no-one can assist. After rating them 4 times badly not even a manager or team leader took the time or made the effort to assist me. I think it is best for me now to take this directly to FNB head office- If that doesn't help I guess changing banks is the only option!! So disappointed!
