I'm very disappointed with FNB I went to the branch in fox Street wanted the bank details to pay more on my credit card and I was given a call center number. Tried calling that number on the 26th of bebruary and my call was transferred from pillar to post. Do the call center agents know what they are doing? I spoke To Mogkethi and Mbali and I did not even receive a proper feedback. Instead my call was transferred from one person to another. I only need one thing from you guys, how can I pay more on my monthly installments for my credit card please provide me with the account number?
