HOW DO I SUE THIS BANK CAUSE THEIR CONSULTANTS EVEN SWEAR At me So at 12h17 on th 25th of May 2023 someone from a collections department at fnb calls me... Mind you i already reported a ***** case to why my account is in a negative 9k now and a white lady at the centurion mall branch said my card could be cloned i have never been to the north west in 5 years but my card is being swiped there and the account just keeps going in a negative i even moved my salary because of this

Mind you i report two other ***** cases to fnb with the same account both time fnb said they cant help me

So can someone help me sue this bank for the damages they causing
