$4700 ******? FNB not returning my wire transfer

FNB Refusing to return $4700 . I’ve been waiting for over a month. I wired the money to FNB in Pioneer Mall, Maseru, Lesotho April 1st. They blocked my money (because of international business rules) and told me they would return it to my American bank account. After 2 visits to the bank in person and multiple emails my money has still not been returned. Please contact my email if unable to reach my South African phone number. Thank you!
