45mins for a deposit

I went to make a deposit at FNB Alberton I was the 5th person on the Que I was shocked that I had to stand to 45 minutes. I will never never go to that branch again there was not even one person scanning the que please tick up your shocks DISAPPOINTED by the way I was gonna use the ATM but I was depositing a Cheque
