4 WEEKS TO OPEN UP A BUSINESS ACCOUNT!

I have never ever experienced such pathetic service from another bank like what i am experiencing with FNB. It is week number 4 of trying to open up a business account, I have been sent from pillar to post. You call them and they have to escalate the query to the relevant department, and then the department that reviews the documents take 1-3 business days to review and then will send an email for one document at a time, I asked what is needed, I submitted absolutely EVERYTHING that FNB told me to i needed to submit. But NOOO today they email me once again after taking their own time and ask for yet another mandate to be signed

They dont want things electronically signed, but they do not stipulate this anywhere in the email or on the documents..... Then take 1-3 business days to keep asking for more and more documentation!!!!!!!!!!! BUT THEY DO NOT CALL YOU TO HAVE A DECENT CONVERSATION AND ASK FOR EVERYTHINING ONCE OFF,

4 FREAKEN WEEKS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FIRST NATIONAL BANK!!! HOENSTLY, DO BETTER
