4 weeks to open a new account

4 Weeks and 4 incorrect accounts and 7 different staff members later we still cannot seem to get a simple business account open. First, our existing account was reopened 3 times, then almost accidentally closed, new account closed and reopened (completely different company!), documents resent 3 times. Cannot get an appointment with a business banker, get put from pillar to post - I have been dealing with FNB for numerous years and feel very disappointed, we chose to do our business banking with FNB to simplify things because of historical good service...now we get zero support for our business. I don't know what to do to get this darn account open anymore!
