4 tellers open at month end

<p>I had to wait about 40min to be helped as there were only 4 out of 8 tellers serving customers on a Friday afternoon, at lunch time, on month end! The teller was very helpful though and changed my address and printed bank statements within 10min</p>

I received a call this afternoon from the manageress of the branch. She explained that one of the tellers was on lunch and that peak time is between 1pm & 3pm. I appreciate the call.
