4 months waiting for a simple refund

It’s been 4 months since I have logged a dispute, i feel like FNB does not care about my situation. I have been sent from departments to departments even thought I have a written proof from Ethiopian airlines (the company which took my money) that the transaction has been canceled on their side and my bank should just return the money to my account.

I am really disappointed and upset since it took only few seconds to take the money and it’s been months I cannot get it back!
