4 months to open a business account?

We went to the local branch on the 13th March to open an account for an NPC. To date we still do not have access to internet banking. The paperwork has been onerous beyond measure and the branch people say one thing and direct us to a phone line which says something different. Big thumbs down for FNB business banking
