4 Months and still missing order item from Ebucks Shop.

Very disappointed with customer care.

Ordered a item from the e-bucks shop 4 months ago that was never delivered. While the staff is friendly I have to keep following up.

The Automated messaging system keeps hanging up on me and wanting to send me links to self serve.
