4 Months and no word

After receiving a bond from FNB and securing a Future Use amount (for renovations) it has taken 4 months to get access to funds which were granted months ago. And still no word. I have phoned 5x each day, spoken to what seems like the entire loans department, yet somehow it is never any ones problem to deal with. The funds have been approved, why take so long to pay out? Why string me along? FNB has requested documents and info which they already have from the bond application. Now we cannot complete the renovations nor pay the suppliers money owed to them due to FNBs unhelpful and frankly useless attitude. So much for \How can we help you"."""
