4 months after *****ing from me, still not resolved

FNB have been charging me extra interest *******ly, I brought this to their attention, and they now want to use the money they st0le from me, to pay into the loan. It is not your money, it is mine. Furthermore, they have advised me that my loan repayments will revert to what they first were, except they are charging me more!!!! I have raised this and am STILL waiting for resolution...
