Do you think I like to put time aside to get your attention through HelloPeter? Really guys. If you are going to mark a complaint as resolved, actually RESOLVE it.

1. My first complaint is regarding the dispute I launched with you in APRIL. It's NOT google related. 2. I want reimbur*****t of fees paid as you have not in the last months at all provided the service I am paying for.

You cannot even call me to ensure customer service or that things have been resolved. Can NOBODY at FNB actually solve this problem?
