4 days with no Money

I was on my way back from Holiday when i received 3 smses where it states my bank account was frozen till i supply my proof of residence. Which i did 1 week before i left on holiday and the guys with the dreadlocks at quiries promised me all is fixed and my account will not be frozen. I was left 4 days with an account frozen with no money to buy food for my son and no cash to put feul in my car. 4 days that i had to struggle and they dont give a damb about me. The ****pies service i have ever received from FNB in my 15 years i have been with them.
