4 days later still waiting for an email with a signed agreement

i reversed some debit orders last month and i was told to wait for 40 days for them to be processed, 4 days ago FNB came to tell me that they were unsuccesful because Old mutual has provided them with a signed agreement, so i asked them to send me that agreement to see the date that it was signed and also to check if it says i will be their client for life, they said they will send via email but its been 4 days now and they are not sending, this tells me that it was just a story there is no such agreement, i want whoever took a decision to not reverse my debit orders to account, and provide me with the proof, there are also other debit orders that are more than 3 months but still appear as pending, can you guys do your job diligently, i am paying you for being your client please.
