3rd Review about the same thing

This is the 5th time since September 2024, I've been writing complaints, calling, visiting the branch but still I can't be assisted.

I closed my FNB credit card in 2023, but it's showing as arrears under my credit score. I don't owe FNB. I trying to apply for a bond but I can't due to this stupid error on the score and apparently it's going to stay there for 3 years. I need this REMOVED from my credit score.
