3rd party insurance claim taking longer than expected to be finalized.

On 2nd of November 2024 I was involved in a car accident with an FNB client. Claims were made and processes were followed accordingly. I was promised by Kudzai Matsika FNB 3rd party lawyer from Neil Govender Attorneys that my claim will be finalized after 60 days. After 6 months my claim has not been concluded and paid. For 4 weeks now I have been getting a response that my claim is on final review. I have asked for how long will it take for the final review to conclude with no response to my emails. What's even worse is Diphoko Ruby and Mosime Puleng (FNB employees) are part of the emails sent to Kudzai are quiet and not assisting with getting my claim concluded. I am really disappointed at the service I am getting from FNB and Neil Govender Attorneys. I am not if this is how FNB and Neil Govender Attorneys conduct business but I feel targeted as a black female and taken advantage off. I would really appreciate it if my claim gets concluded so that I can fix my car.
