3rd party claim

FNB client bumped into my car on the 28 of January this year, and their 3rd party claims department and their so called lawyers. Don't care about our claims. FNB Insurance is ******, yet is the biggest Bank in South Africa. I'm sure they prioritize their white brothers and sisters first. What's the whole point for a person to pay their so called premium what what. Yet when their clients f*** our cars up they don't pay? FNB is hell indeed they know how to make a person suffer for what he or she didn't do.I wish they can take their insurance license away...because they're useless.
