3rd Complaint

I previously logged a complaint on hello peter regarding airtime i had purchased on the FNB banking app that was not credited to my account, after almost a month FNB came back to me advising the funds were credited (after confirming with telkom)without ever contacting me for further information, dates the airtime was purchased etc. The feedback I received regarding my query was an sms advising that "the transaction was successful" no further info was provided to me as if I was a part of their organisation and was made privy step by step through my query , I then had to call back to FNB to understand the supposed feedback I was provided and even then my query was not resolved because the actual transactions that I was querying were not even what they had investigated yet again because nobody bothered to actually contact the client and find out specifics around the complaint. The consultant i spoke to by the name of Hloni (who initially completed the investigation on my complaint who did not bother to contact me to find out specifics around my query and sent me an sms advising "the transaction was successful" just to brief you on how *********** your staff are) advised that in their investigation they found that all relevant airtime purchases were credited to my account however the 4 transactions that i had queried accumulating to R160 worth of airtime initially mysteriously did not show up on the system he was checking I provided all reference numbers and was advised he would escalate the query and contact me the next day its been over a week now and i have heard not one word from him and yet again here I am complaining for the third time on hello peter because of *********** ******** staff who clearly are no longer being trained on customer service or better yet to complete their actual jobs.

I will be logging a complaint with ICASA regarding this and additionally move banking elsewhere. I am utterly disgusted!!!!!!
