399 SIM CONTRACT

Frustrating. I signed up for FNB's R399.00 contract on 30 August. (Kokstad FNB) After working for a few days, Line stopped working. I was only informed about this at the end of September. On 30th September I went into the Broadacres Branch only to find that the sim had not been activated/migrated. I was promised it would be done. 05/10 FNB Ref ********** refers still not working 06/10 FNB Ref ********** refers still not working

As a result of FNB taking their monthly fee of 53.00 there is now insufficient funds by about 20.00 n the account s they are unable to debit the account (for two months).

The solution use cellphone banking and topup with 399.00. Why? 6 days have passed.

As of now there is 708.00 in the account an FNB could easily take a prorata share but they have now made this the customers problem. Am p:/(?"d off now.
