Good day i feel as if FNB has failes me in a way, i have logged dispute with forensic with regards to the card which was closed in december due to theft but started working from the 1st of May when i saw transactions in my account without any knowledge, i called ***** they logged dispute and keeps quiet and on the 11th another transactions i called them they advise followups are not done on weekends that alone made me furious, i called the next monday they advise its still under investigation i asked why am i not getting any update no one has answered. i called again im told its investigated but to my surprise my account is on overdraft i asked myself how as iv never had an over draft account, as i speak my account is on R-4500, how as i thought when i logged dispute they should put stop on that account that still reflect on my name don't know how. im taking this to social media i cant be paid and not see my salary due to your clumsiness cause i believe its an inside job.
