I was so stressed when I came to the bank until a lady named Ashley helped me, I needed a new card because my card was ****** Ashley helped me to download the fnb app on my phone and showed me how to cancel my card on the app. She helped me to do an Easy zero account and gave me a card I am now able to access the money in my account. I have never met a person as polite, humble and helpful as Ashley before her service was excellent
