I visited fnb branch monday and i was assisted by Baphilile Memela her service was overwhelming. I wanted the statement from 2018 and 2019 because i wanted to claim from coinit. I had given up because i went to other branches and they couldn't assist me since my account was already close. But when i came to her she gave me excellent service she even said don't stress Mr mncadi you will get help if you can make deposit to your assist account . I was so happy with her service course i almost gave up my money that i wanna claim from the company. I even wanted to buy her drink and she was like no thanks Mncadi you dont have to because im doing my job as look as am happy. I was shocked that they are still people like her you admire their job and do it with pride. I am really thankful Miss memela
