I want to rate the good service that I got with Ashley she took all her time to explain to me as a customer she helped me download the app even though I had no space and she opened my mind about my account , I'm no longer scared of banking with fnb because I can see the benefits of banking with Fnb and can see how I can get more ebucks I am going to open an account with Fnb for my child because I will earn more ebucks I was considering cancelling my life cover but after Ashley explained everything I will not cancel it I explain to her that I don't want to see my savings account and she showed me how to remove it from showing on my app so I can save better I really thank you I hope to come to Ashley everytime I come to 359 West Street branch
