Good Afternoon FNB Hoping you all had a great day as I did with the wonderful and excellent serive I had with one of your staff members Ashley Roux today.

I came with lot of confusion with my daughter to open a personal account for her and I wanted a business account which she handle so professionally she put me and my daughter at ease as my daughter had an account previously but lost her ID before she left to go overseas to date and only had a passport to be assited but Ashley went the extra mile which resulted in both my business reserved account and my daughters personal account being opened straight away and hassle free. My daughter did not have a statement and Ashley helped me to email my statement without us having to leave the branch to get one she was excellent.
