355459NF - i was advised on 8/09/2020 that i overpaid my personal loan and that a refund has been issued.

Once again, follow up emails sent, no reply.... tried calling today- phone just rings.

Just refund my measly +R40 so i can delete your app and hopefully don't have to interact with FNB again. The service is really deteriorating.
