On the morning of 11th wake to email notifications of 5 *****ulent transactions that went through my account around 23h00 previous night without my approving them. I called to report this and only then I received an sms to notify me suspicious transactions that has been already paid. Everytime I use the chat app to follow up I am told I will get an update within 48 which don't happen on the 3st a called and the agent I said it is unlikely that I will be paid my money since they are online transactions. I lost almost 7k and fnb don't see a need to give me a feedback. When I call I stay over 30-45min before someone pick my call. After over 11years with the bank this is the service I get. - I feel this is covered internal *****
