32 Notice Savings Account

Do not open a 32 day savings account with FNB. FNB has taken all the funds from the 32 day account opened and is currently holding the money hostage. they claim that there was no ongoing transactions on the account, yet money was sent to the account on a monthly basis. We went into the bank only to be turned away- they claimed the matter can be resolved on the app - which it could not. We called them to find out where was the money -nobody could give answers - We continued to call them several times then was told to send forms to Dormant Claims - Escheatable Forms. they still have not responded, We call again all get pushed around in circles apparently nobody can help in FNB. This bank is a ****! how can nobody be able to assist in a bank? so what happens to all the money invested over the years? Do not use this bank!!
