32 days savings account

I opened a 32days savings account via my app & started saving when I wanted to withdraw it gave me errors I've been speaking to different people since July to date I still don't access to My money I've sent through forms & no help.

Fnd linked my Childs name tho my profile & my child does not even bank with FNb she used to have an account when she was a baby that I opened for her as her parent & it hasn't been working for years. I'm tired of the run around can I have My money Fnb you synced things incorrectly & now I am suffering because of your mistakes can someone help because clearly everyone I've spoken to since July don't know what they are doing I will never recommend FNB’s investment/ savings option to anyone after what I have been going through I will actually share this experience with others so that they know what is happening. You do not even deserve the 1 star its -10 from me for such an innovative bank & for this error to happen that clearly nobody can resolve I am disappointed!
