32 days notice fault
How does a 32 days notice take over 6 months to be released? My grandmother Sarah has been trying to release her 32 days investment funds for months now. Initially she went to FNB LIMPOPO MALL where they were totally useless, then she proceeded to FNB in JORISSEN street for about 3 times without her funds being released.
As explained to my grandmother, her Account was linked to her late sister's account (Connie) prior to her death as she was blind. Now after Connie's death, this link remained though Connie's account was ofcos deactivated.
Years later my grandmother goes to the bank to invest some of her money wherein she's told she has an active 32 days notice account and the money was transferred into that account . Now she wants to release her money but FNB is failing her. They have demanded all the paperwork which she provided but where is her money?
This is really an inconvenience and unfair to a customer, let alone a pensioner. Her projects are on hold because of *********** FNB staff who keep demanding the same documents without fruits. Well only recently a certain lady by the surname of Ledwaba really tried to help and eventually called my grandmother to the branch to open an estate account so the funds can be released into it, we appreciate her efforts but that was on the 29.10.2022, when will my grandmother get her money? For how long should she wait? This is a person who banked with FNB for donkey years, its really sad and unjustified that the bank won't release her money. I am her granddaughter Pride and my cellphone no is : ***. You may contact me I'll provide you with my grandmother's details.
