32 Days Notice

Hi there i have a 32 notice account with FNB and currently I have an emergency, I went to the bank to request for the money to be released, they told me that is not an emergency. they then told me that i must plan life a head, who does that. the account has a penalty fee if you withdraw the money before the time which i'm prepared to pay, I now don't know what to do to get my money. please help
