32 day notice bull****

Absolutely disgusted at fnb service. My boyfriend opened a 32 day notice account. And he closed the account and asked for the funds to be released. It has been over 32 days and it's still not released. He has spoken to people every single day since last week and they kept saying it will be in that evening, and still nothing. He spoke to a manger last Friday and he apologized immensely saying it would be in Monday eve latest and still nothing. He is very stressed because he will be evicted by Friday if rent is not paid. He doesn't know what else to do.
