30 Years will end this year

I've been at FNB for +-30 years. I used to recommend them to everyone and really enjoyed their quality service. Yet they have seriously dropped the ball. I've been on every level of their banking, GOLD, PREMIER, PRIVATE, RMB and then the crocodile card when I started. Everywhere the service is **********.

Takes forever to get them on a call, I've probably used their chat a dozen times - just useless. As a question, get random answers back - takes 20mins for nothing.

I couldn't even get through to someone to complain in person. So, that's it, 30 years and no response from FNB.
