30 years mean nothing ?

Shocking. I wanted to downgrade my account with FNB to be in line with competitors instead of changing. I have been an exemplary account holder for more than 30 years To downgrade they want to load a debit order on my account for my credit card , I settle in full or close to that every month and I want to be in control , so because I don’t want a debit order my only option is to keep the account at the level with the high services fees or close my account both action still not resulting in the debit order they are forcing on me. Where is the logic in that. So after 30 years goodbye FNB I will take my business and investments etc elsewhere
