30 days and still no account!
<p>It has been a month since I started to open our business account. I STILL have not been sent the documents that I apparently need to complete before the process is finalised!!! At first they had incorrectly entered my email address on the system. But even having now corrected that I still have not received them. What IS going on?? Now I receive an SMS that the account is about to be closed thru non-use!!!</p>
I have still had no resolution to this complaint????? The account is STILL not open and I am getting VERY despondent dealing with FNB Business Banking because each time I make contact I get a different story. WHat is going on?? This issue is now SRIOUSLY affecting my business!
