30 DAYS AFTER TRYING TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT

30 DAYS AFTER TRYING TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT and still no joy !!!!! I initiated the opening of a business account 30 days ago. I have submitted many documents via email and every time I get a reply that someone will be in contact within 3 business days but, I have not once been called but instead keep receiving robot like automatic replies despite emailing and asking for a human being to please call me. I have money just waiting to be deposited in this account but I am starting to doubt FNB because of the lack of communication from their side! I have called numerous times to find out what the status is and am infuriated every time I am asked for the same document. !!! This is a slow and bitter experience. If FNB are interested in my money they must get in contact asap.<br>
