3 years to change my Credit card payment from 25th of month to first of month

<p>I have had my bussiness credit card for 18 years. I have always paid it on the first of every month for 18 years. 3 years ago some very clever person at FNB decided to change that date to the 25th of every month without my concent. This results in me recieving a phone call from fnb card devision every month enquiring when i will pay. Written instruction to card devision and via my banker have failed in excess of 10 times. Swearing and being rude and several requests for call centre supervisor to phone me have netted no reaction. If there is any other bank that would like to present a proposal to me, i would welcome it. Total of 11 Fnb accounts to quote on.</p>
