3 years begging FNB for my rightfully earned money turns to FNB ignoring my calls and my resolution emails.

Since 2016, my fnb business cheque account was frozen because someone opened a case against it. After resolving the matter with the complainant who opened the case, the case was withdrawn on the 15th April 2019.

I provided the relevant proof and evidence to the Fnb ***** manager who's responsible for putting a hold on my account via email, and this is the response i got:

"Good day Pule

I have received the supporting documents around the ******** case, however note that your banking relationship with FNB was terminated.

Kinldy advise what it is that you require.

Regards,"

This was my response:

"Good morning Leoni

What i require is the amount that was in my business cheque account, which is over R100 000. Since you're the one who responded to my account being frozen by the time I enquired on hello peter, that's the reason I'm using you as my point of contact.

By the way; I still have an FNB easy account ********** 8122, which is still active."

I've been trying to call her office number since yesterday morning at 09:00 till today at 15:00 to no avail. Please elevate and resolve this matter as it's been holding me back for 3 years long. I can't even describe the weight and financial strain and debt I'm in because of this ongoing problem.

What i need is a way by which we'll move forward with regards to claiming back what's rightfully mine.

Kind Regards Tsholanang Pule
