3 weeks waiting on complaint lodged regarding ******* listing on credit bureaus

This is my third complaint regarding my ******* listing on all credit bureaus I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a response and nothing has come off it, I was listed without any summo s been issued etc debt is prescribed ad should be treated as such and ******* listing remived
