3 weeks waiting for a feedback regarding my debit order reversals

its been full 3 weeks now still waiting for feedback from FNB , they always tell you that your query is investigated but nothing will be done, they don't take their clients seriously, you have a private wealth banker who does not even call or attend to your queries, pathetic service from FNB and i would not advise anyone to join FNB, their employees are just collecting money without doing their job. this is not the FNB that i have always known. its time to say good bye and go to the bank that takes their clients and their money seriously. I have had enough of always complaining about same thing and always getting the same response, we are damn looking into you complaint and we will be in contact soon.
