3 weeks no assistance
Fnb has got to be the worst bank in the history of South Africa
3 weeks waiting for assistance to apply for a revolving credit facility
I have escalated this no less than 6 times now and still no assistance
Fnb May I remind you I have an account with you as does my wife
We are on the brink of leaving you given the disgraceful service
Catch a wake up seriously
Get management to call me regarding this your consultants are pathetic

For the hundredth time what was promised did not happen !!!!!
Why don’t you get someone to call me who actually is able to address the application for the revolving credit facility?????
Why do you get a consultant to call only to tell me someone else will call ?????
My wife and I are going to close out accounts with you this is the worst service we have ever recieved from a bank it’s pathetic I am beyond irate
