3 weeks delay with credit card pathethic service from FNB PRIVATE CLIENTS

its been 3 weeks since i got a credit card with you guys.

i have have been calling and all i am hearing is that there is a delay with the courier.

i took the card out with FNB and not the courier.

we recently moved our homeloan from you due to service as well and we are now considering moving all our private accounts and insurances from you.

please can this be sorted ASAP and my card delivered.
